Content Manager Process Mapping (Formerly Workflow)

Course Dates:

  • 19th April 2024

Course Description:

Students will learn how to map current business processes, design the process in Records Manager, and then implement those processes as workflows in CM / RM. Participants are encouraged to create a workflow relevant to their organisation.

Intended Audience:

Includes but is not limited to, Records Managers, Senior Business Staff, Power Users, and Process Owners.

Duration:

  • 1 day

Cost:

  • $800 pp + GST

Prerequisites:

  • Successful completion of Advanced End User training or equivalent experience (6 months or more using RM or TRIM in a professional environment)
  • Knowledge of internal business processes
  • Good knowledge of and comfort working with software; including keyboard and mouse skills, and MS Office

This course is designed for users of Content Manager, focusing on how to apply the archive functionality in CM to assist the archive process. The content is easily modified to suit individual organisational processes and work team requirements.

Content Manager System Administrator

Course Dates:

  • EOI (Half day: 9 am - 1 pm)

Course Description:

This course is designed by Information Proficiency for those responsible for maintaining OpenText Content Manager installations. The course equips System Administrators with the understanding required to perform regular maintenance tasks, identify and fix common errors and to assist with user problems.

IT Support Staff

  • This course is designed for technical staff planning to implement and/or support the OpenText CM implementation.
